Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped from our warehouses located in China. Orders are usually prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days. Unless we experience a sudden influx of orders (such as during promotions) or your item is a customized product, your order will be packaged and shipped from our warehouse within this time frame. Please note that this does not include the additional time required for your order to actually reach and be delivered to you. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and possible delays during peak seasons.

International Shipping

We offer both DHL and regular courier services, and you can choose the shipping method according to your needs. DHL is very fast but comes with a higher cost, while the regular courier service is slower yet more affordable. Of course, we will subsidize part of the shipping costs based on the amount of your order.

Delivered At Place (DAP)

When the package arrives in your country, if you have chosen regular courier service, we will cover the customs duties for you. However, if you have chosen DHL, you will be responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and customs fees. These fees will be collected by the shipping carrier on behalf of the local customs. We are not liable for any customs duties or taxes arising from your order. Customers who wish to return their orders due to customs duties and taxes will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.
