Order Acceptance

Once we receive your submitted order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation email. However, receiving this order confirmation does not mean that we have accepted your order or confirmed that we have made a sales offer. We are just confirming to you that we have successfully received your order. After receiving your order, we reserve the right to accept or reject your order at any time for any reasonable reason. If we cancel your order after you have completed the payment, we will refund the full amount charged in the original payment currency.

If we confirm your order but later find that we are unable to supply the products you ordered for any reason, we will immediately cancel the order and refund your purchase amount in full.

Warranty

We provide a lifetime warranty for all products. We have full confidence in the quality of our products and are committed to providing strong protection for them.

What does our warranty cover? All product quality issues except for accidental damage or normal wear and tear. If you encounter any problems during the use of SeeEase products, just contact us and we will do our best to solve them for you.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

First of all, if there are any defects or problems with the product due to our mistake, within 10 days after the order is delivered, the product is eligible for return, refund or exchange, and we will bear the return shipping cost (up to ​$25 for international orders and up to $3 for local orders in China), whether it is a stock watch strap or a custom watch strap.​

Assuming the order is correct and the product has no quality defects, our return, refund and exchange policy will vary depending on the type of watch strap ordered. We can provide DHL return waybills for a fee, and the specific cost will vary depending on the place of dispatch.

Stock Watch Straps and Accessories​

For unused stock watch straps and watch accessories (no bending, wrinkling, and the buckle tongue has not passed through the strap holes), you can apply for a return within 10 days from the date of order delivery, and we will provide you with a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

If the watch strap has been used, since it is no longer in a brand-new state and cannot be sold at the new product price, we will charge a restocking fee of up to 70% of the watch strap price according to the actual situation of the watch strap.

Custom Watch Straps

Unused custom watch straps (no bending, no wrinkling, and the buckle tongue has not passed through the strap holes) can be returned within 10 days after the order is delivered, and you will receive an 80% refund (excluding shipping costs). A 20% restocking fee is charged for unused custom watch straps because the strap is customized according to your specific specifications and we cannot resell it at the original retail price. If you want to cancel a custom order before the watch strap is shipped and the watch strap has entered the production process (we usually start production within one week after you place the order), a restocking fee will also be charged.

If the custom watch strap has been used and is no longer in an unused state, we will charge a restocking fee of up to 70% of the watch strap price according to the specific situation of the watch strap, because the watch strap is no longer brand-new and cannot be sold as a new product.

Other Details

Unless the return is caused by our mistake, all return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

After you send back the goods, please wait patiently for the return or exchange processing within 7 to 15 working days from the date you send out the order.​Please attach your order number in the package so that we can accurately track and identify the package. If the order number is not included in the package, your refund process will be delayed, and due to the additional administrative work required to trace the refund, we may reduce the refund amount by up to $10.​Your refund will be returned to the original payment method.

Return Process

Please ensure that the watch strap is completely unused (no bending or wrinkling on the leather part, and the buckle tongue has not passed through the strap holes).

Send an email to limukun@seeease.com following the template below (replace the relevant text when necessary): Hello, I would like to return the watch strap <# product name> in my order <# order number> because <# return reason>. I hereby declare that the watch strap is completely unused (no bending or wrinkling on the leather, and the buckle tongue has not passed through the strap holes), and I am aware that the original shipping cost will not be refunded. Thank you.

We will reply to you via email with the return address. You can choose any courier or postal service to send back the watch strap. Be sure to indicate your order number in the package to ensure that the return can be processed in a timely manner.

OnIf you wish to exchange for another watch strap, after we receive the original watch strap, you will receive a refund for that watch strap, and then you can place a separate order to purchase the watch strap you like. You can even place a separate order to purchase the correct watch strap before we receive the watch strap you returned.ce we receive the watch strap you sent back, you will receive a refund through the original payment method. The refund amount will deduct the original shipping cost and any possible restocking fee (if applicable, for custom watch straps).
